China’s family enterprises are facing four challenging problems during their growth, that is, a low scientific decision, an isolated property, closed human resources and a noncontracted culture, which necessitate a system transformation, including opening the property, transforming management elements and modes, improving a standard management, and establishing a unique family enterprises culture. The government shall optimize the evolvement of family enterprises system.
